Men

One option to take is the computer console option, ask for a 360 or PS3 (Wii sucks) as they will give you countless hours of fun. Time off over the Christmas period is great and it will really let you get stuck into some of the games you could be getting for Christmas such as Gears of War 2 and Guitar Hero 5. If your rich you could ask for both! Won't make your partners pocket feel very happy though.

Women

If you ask for jewellery from your boyfriend or husband make sure that you tell them exactly what you are after and they may be able to do it. It is very unlikely indeed that this will ever happen.

Both

There are so many things out there for both men and women and the iphone has to be one of the top things on the list. The iPhone seems to have been something that has battled through the recession and won the support of thousands of people and because I have one myself I can really not argue why it is a bad phone at all.

Perhaps you could ask for a laptop this christmas. Having a laptop does not mean you have to always be working when you get in at night, use it for talking to your buddies and browsing the net of course if its work your after it could help that too.

Of course it is also best to get some gadget insurance for all of this and optimising on insurance on something like mobile phone insurance is the best way for it.
